The Center for Plain Language has honored ODPHP and Communicate Health with its 2024 Grand ClearMark Award for the new MyHealthfinder Anxiety Topics pages. Judges said that it “conveys a clear sense that the authors carefully considered the needs of the audience and want them to succeed.” The MyHealthfinder Anxiety Topics pages were also the winner in the Websites category and were praised for “showcasing fantastic design along with an empathetic, human, and accessible writing style.”

In May we observe National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. Since 1983, each President has publicly recognized and promoted the importance of physical activity to good overall health. This year, President Biden issued a Proclamation commemorating this year’s observance, saying, “We can all come together, feel better, and live longer if we stay active, exercise, and keep moving.”
